Compilation and review services are provided only by CPAs and other licensed accountants to enhance the value of financial statements. Because these services require skills that are just as demanding as those required for an audit, these should be restricted to trained professionals like Criser & Mardis, Chartered.

Financial Statement Reviews – During a review, we make inquiries and perform analytical procedures which enable us to express limited assurance that we are not aware of any material changes needed for the financial statements to be in conformity with generally accepted accounting procedures.

Financial Statement Compilations – We assist in preparing the financial statements, but do not make inquiries, giving no assurance as to whether the financial statements meet any of the professional standards.
